Work Preparation & Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

As reinforcement for our “Work Preparation and Quality Assurance” department, we are now looking for a committed full-time employee (m/f/d) who wants to achieve something together with us.

Your tasks:

  • Coordination of production to ensure that delivery deadlines are met
  • Monitoring of material requirements with triggering of orders
  • Creation of operating orders and work plans
  • Maintaining and updating the existing article master
  • Quality assurance in cooperation with the QMB
  • Creating work instructions, process instructions, forms and production documents
  • Optimization of work processes to increase efficiency and quality
  • Technical support for production

Your profile:

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training
  • Ideally in the field of metal processing
  • Professional experience in the field of work preparation or a comparable field
  • Highly motivated, reliable and able to work under pressure
  • Neat, conscientious and independent work with a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Communication and teamwork skills, paired with a strong organizational talent
  • High quality awareness
  • Technical understanding
  • Confident handling of ERP systems

Industrial mechanic, mechatronics engineer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a committed industrial mechanic or mechatronics technician (m/f/d) to join our “Special machine construction and maintenance” department on a full-time basis with immediate effect, who wants to achieve something together with us.

Your tasks:

  • Assembly, commissioning, optimization and repair of automation technology, custom-built machines and purchased systems
  • Carrying out mechanical conversions, maintenance and repair work
  • Active problem solving in the event of faults
  • Optimization of individual processes
  • Setting up and operating special machines for the manufacture of high-quality medical products and production parts in small series, large series or as prototypes
  • Instruction and support of system operators
  • Quality assurance during production

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic or mechatronics technician
  • Ideally in the field of automation technology
  • Professional experience in the field of special machinery and plant engineering, preferably in automation technology
  • Highly motivated, reliable and able to work under pressure
  • Neat, conscientious and independent work with a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Strong manual dexterity
  • High quality awareness
  • Efficient and precise working methods

Desirable but not mandatory:

  • Knowledge in the areas of machining, pneumatics, hydraulics, sensor technology
  • Computer skills (MS-Office, Outlook)
Sales in-house (m/f/d), 30h/week

We are looking for a committed industrial clerk (m/f/d) to join our sales team with immediate effect.

Your tasks:

  • Creation and maintenance of QAA contracts based on templates and as part of a team
  • Processing of general customer inquiries & dentist webshop orders (national & international)
  • Master data maintenance: address master data, country master data (maintenance of DHL prices), customer Excel lists
  • Preparation of documents for export (customs, IHK and freight) & communication with freight companies
  • General administrative activities (telephone switchboard, long-term supplier declarations, clinical trials, logistics complaints)

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed vocational training
  • Professional experience in sales
  • Fluent German and good English skills
  • Structured, independent and efficient way of working
  • Confident use of common MS Office programs
