Our HT fiberglass posts have been successfully in use since 2001 – “HT” stands for High Tenacity, for maximum bending strength and fatigue resistance.
The Exatec, Cytec and Contec post systems differ from other root posts in the special network structure of retention lines. This microretentive surface supports the adhesive bond between the post and composite. The result is a permanently secure bond―without the use of a silane―very simple and efficient. This has been proven by various studies conducted at German universities.
CYTEC pro and CONTEC pro are the next generation of root posts from Hahnenkratt. The translucency of the posts and the associated light conduction result in faster and thus optimized primary curing in the apical region, starting from the root canal entry to the tip of the apical end.
